  • Conduct thorough entry and exit reports supported with colour photography

  • Offer convenient rent collection options for tenants 
  • Conduct twice weekly open homes plus private inspections whilst marketing for tenants
  • Contact the tenant 12 weeks prior to their tease end to ask if they would like to renew 
  • Attempt to renew the lease at a higher price if possible after consultation with you 
  • Conduct an initial inspection one month after each new tenancy to ensure conformity 
  • Conduct 4 inspections at quarterly intervals each year to check maintenance of property 
  • Inform you in writing of the results of each inspection & of any maintenance issues 
  • Send you a report each month detailing all income and expenses for your property 
  • Send you an End of Financial Year summary report for tax purposes 
  • Pay all accounts relating to the property (e.g. rates, insurance) out of the rent before it is disbursed if you have those accounts sent directly to us. This Is a FREE service.
